I wanted to create a service that genuinely helps people — parents, grandparents, college students, senior citizens, those managing mental health, and anyone juggling a busy schedule. Whether you’re exhausted, overbooked, or just need a break, we’re here to take a load (or a few) off your shoulders. Because sometimes, fresh laundry is more than clean clothes — it’s peace of mind. To get started, scroll down to the “Let’s Talk Laundry” section and click the Google Form link. Fill out the form completely and make sure to sign the pickup agreement included. Once that’s done, you can return to the website and schedule your pickup under the service that fits your needs. If you have questions before booking, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

Yes! We offer multiple options for both detergent and dryer sheets — including hypoallergenic and non-hypoallergenic choices. Just let us know your preference during your consultation, and we’ll make sure your laundry is done with the products that work best for you.
If you’ve chosen contactless drop-off, payment is expected within 24 hours. If payment is not made within that time, a $15 late fee will be applied. If you miss your drop-off without notifying us or communicating in advance, there is a $10 missed drop-off fee. To avoid this, simply let us know if it’s okay to leave your laundry in a safe place — we’re happy to do contactless drop-offs when approved in advance!
ou don’t need to separate by colors — we take care of that for you! We’ll sort lights with lights, darks with darks, and colors with colors. However, we do ask that you separate each family member’s laundry into their own individual bags. This helps us keep things organized and ensures everyone’s items stay together.
Yes, we absolutely offer hang dry options! If you have clothing you’d prefer not to be machine dried — like t-shirts, delicates, or activewear — just let us know. We have three designated hang dry lines, both indoors and outdoors, and you can choose your preference during your consultation. If you’d like certain items returned on hangers, please place them in a separate bag along with your own hangers — we’ll make sure they’re dried accordingly and returned just the way you like!
We accept Tap to Pay, PayPal, all major debit and credit cards, and cash. Just let us know your preferred payment method at drop-off or during your consultation.
We kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule to avoid any additional fees. Just send us a message — we’re happy to work with your schedule!
We wash each customer’s laundry separately — never mixed with another order. You can trust that your items are handled with care from start to finish.
We offer basic stain treatment at no extra charge. Please place stained items in a separate bag and let us know what caused the stain so we can treat it properly.
While we take every precaution to care for your items, if something is damaged or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Yes! We can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pickups. Just let us know your preference during your consultation, and we’ll get you set up.
Yes! If you have a preferred detergent brand or would like us to use your own, just let us know during your consultation and place it in your laundry bag.
Yes, we do! There’s no extra fee, but we kindly ask that you let us know ahead of time if your order includes pet bedding or heavily soiled items so we can take extra care when processing your load.
Absolutely! Special items must be bagged separately and labeled with handwritten instructions inside the bag. We do not offer hand-washing, but we can use a delicate cycle for those items. As long as the items are clearly marked and separated, we’re happy to follow your specific care preferences.
Tips are never expected but always appreciated. You can tip through your payment method or in cash if you’d like to show extra love to your laundry team!
